Welcome to Equinz. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by Equinz, a company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By engaging with our services, visiting our facipties, or entering into agreements with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Equinz operates as a service provider in the fields of heavy equipment rental, steel fabrication, manpower supply, and land transportation. All services are subject to availabipty, operational capacity, and comppance with local laws and regulations. Equinz reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services imppes acceptance of any such changes.
All services provided by Equinz require a formal agreement or contract which clearly outpnes the scope of work, duration, pricing, terms of payment, and any specific conditions relevant to the requested service. Clients must review and agree to the contract prior to commencement of any operations or depvery.
Clients engaging in our equipment rental services must comply with the following:
• Equipment will be provided in functional, well-maintained condition with all relevant safety checks completed.
• The client is responsible for using the equipment only for the purpose specified in the rental agreement.
• The client is liable for any damage, misuse, or loss incurred during the rental period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Operators, if provided by Equinz, will act under the technical supervision of the client during site operations. However, safety and operational comppance remain a shared responsibipty.
All equipment must be returned within the agreed timepne. Delays in return or failure to report damages may result in penalties or additional charges.
Equinz offers custom steel fabrication services tailored to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The following conditions apply:
• All design inputs, technical drawings, and structural specifications must be clearly submitted before commencement.
• Any modification to scope or design during the fabrication process must be agreed upon in writing.
• Fabricated materials are subject to quapty control and inspection based on international standards or project-specific requirements.
• Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and will be communicated transparently.
Equinz will not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect design inputs, client-side approvals, or unforeseen disruptions such as supply chain delays or force majeure events.
Equinz provides skilled and semi-skilled manpower for a wide range of industrial and infrastructure projects. The following terms apply to manpower supply engagements:
All personnel are vetted, trained, and provided with valid residency permits, insurance, and appropriate identification as per Saudi labor laws.
• The client is responsible for ensuring safe and lawful working conditions at the deployment site.
• Any specific certifications or project-specific requirements must be clearly communicated prior to mobipzation.
• Substitution of personnel, if required, will be managed in coordination with the client.
Termination of service before the end of the agreed period must follow the termination clause stated in the signed agreement. Inappropriate handling or mistreatment of supplied manpower may result in termination of the contract and legal consequences.
Equinz offers reliable land transportation services for cargo, equipment, and industrial materials within Saudi Arabia. The following conditions apply:
• All transportation jobs must be clearly documented with information regarding cargo type, pickup and delivery locations, time schedules, and any special handling instructions.

• Transit risks such as delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions are to be considered part of logistical operations. While every effort will be made to avoid disruptions, Equinz is not liable for force majeure delays.
• Clients must ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of cargo prior to dispatch.
Additional fees may apply for overnight transportation, heavy load permits, or speciapzed route planning. Insurance coverage is available upon request.
All payments are subject to terms specified in the contract or invoice. The standard payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed:
• Advance payments or deposits may be required based on service type and scope.
• Invoices must be settled within 30 days of receipt unless extended credit terms are approved in writing.
• Delays in payment may incur interest charges and service interruptions.
Equinz reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of continued non-payment or breach of payment obligations.
Cancellations must be requested in writing. The following conditions apply:
• If cancellation is received before mobilization or commencement, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative or preparation costs.
• If cancellation occurs after service mobilization, no refund will be issued unless agreed otherwise.
• For steel fabrication, any partial work completed or material ordered prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Equinz will consider reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and extent of service already delivered.
Equinz maintains insurance coverage for its operations, including general liability and equipment insurance. However:
Clients are expected to carry their own insurance for site risks, third-party liabilities, and cargo during transportation.
Equinz is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or consequential damages unless caused by proven negligence or breach of contract.
Clients agree to indemnify Equinz against any legal claims arising from misuse of equipment, unauthorized actions by supplied manpower, or improper handling of transported goods.
All proprietary information, designs, commercial discussions, and project documents shared between Equinz and the client shall remain confidential. Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent unless required by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from service agreements or operations shall be resolved through legal arbitration in accordance with Saudi Arabian commercial and civil codes.
Equinz shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not pmited to natural disasters, war, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
In such cases, Equinz will notify the client at the earliest opportunity and both parties will work together to adjust timepnes or responsibipties accordingly.
By signing any service agreement or continuing to work with Equinz, the client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any exceptions or amendments must be documented and agreed upon in writing by authorized representatives of both parties.
